Let's dye some wool & silk with fungi! This unsuspecting source of natural color has so much to offer. From rich magentas to UV reactive yellows and earthy greens, you won't be lacking in options. 
 
This workshop is all about protein-based fibers, and participants will bring their materials to dye. Wool or silk yarn, felt, or fabric are all acceptable. Amounts and instructions will be emailed prior.  Materials can be premordanted or mordanted during the workshop. 
 
Our facilities include an air-conditioned classroom, bathroom, and abundant outdoor work spaces. Please pack a lunch and dress comfortably for a day of standing, sitting, and brief walking. 
 
Southern-style tea and treats will be served.  
 
Cancellation Policy
If you need to withdraw from a workshop, a refund will be issued, minus transaction fees, provided that notice is given at least 4 weeks before the workshop date. If shorter notice is given, we will issue a refund if we can fill your spot. You may transfer your enrollment to a friend at any time.
